(Eagle News) — A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Norte early Tuesday, July 19. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 2:04 a.m. The epicenter was 66 kilometers northeast of Burgos. The depth of focus was one kilometer.
