The Hong Kong Chief Executive said that the apology of the Philippines regarding the Quirino Grandstand hostage crisis last 2010 is a start of a new chapter of relationship between Hong Kong and Philippines. After accepting the apology, Hong Kong lifted the travel ban against the Philippines.
