TARANGNAN, Western Samar (Eagle News) – Matagumpay na naisinagawa ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang medical mission at pamamahagi ng libreng bigas sa anim na Barangay ng Bayan ng Tarangnan, Western Samar.
