President Duterte designates Briones, Andanar as new members of Unesco nat’l commission

(Eagle News) — Secretaries Leonor Briones and Martin Andanar have been designated as members of the Unesco National Commission of the Philippines. President Rodrigo Duterte made the designation in  letters sent to the secretaries of the Department of Education and the Presidential Communications Operations Office, respectively.
