Labindalawang pelikula ang opisyal na nakapasok sa Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino ng Film Development Council of the Philippines. Inamin ngFDCP na talagang nahirapan sila na salain ang apatnapung entries para mapili ang top 12 entries sa PPP, na pinakamalaking film fest na kauna-unahang mangyayari sa kasaysayan ng pelikulang Pilipino.
