President Duterte meets with the family of hazing victim Horacio Castillo III in Malacañang

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on Wednesday, October 4, gave his condolences to Mr. Horacio Castillo, Jr. and Mrs. Carminia Castillo, the parents of University of Sto. Tomas (UST) law freshman Horacio Castillo III who died during hazing rites, in a meeting at the Music Room in Malacañan Palace. Castillo III was killed during the rites  committed by members of the Aegis Juris Fraternity last September 16, 2017.
