4.0-magnitude earthquake strikes off Albay

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Albay on Sunday, July 9. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 8:48 p.m. The epicenter was five kilometers southwest of Rapu-Rapu. PHIVOLCS said the depth of focus was five kilometers.
