3.4-magnitude quake hits Davao Oriental
(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake hit Davao Oriental early Friday, Aug. 9. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 6 kilometers northeast of Mati at 3:43 a.m. Depth of focus was 1 kilometer.
