(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Cagayan on Sunday, Aug. 25. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 9 kilometers southwest of Claveria at 2:59 p.m. Depth of focus was 11 kilometers.
