(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Monday, Sept. 9. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 24 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 2:07 a.m. Depth of focus was 33 kilometers.
