(Eagle News)–A 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck Oriental Mindoro early Tuesday, Sept. 10. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 14 kilometers northwest of Puerto Galera at 117 a.m. Depth of focus was 174 kilometers.
