3.7-magnitude earthquake strikes off Zamboanga del Norte

(Eagle News)–A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Zamboanga del Norte on Saturday, Sept. 21. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 34 kilometers northwest of Labason at 5:50 a.m. Depth of focus was 26 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
