3.3-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Occidental
(Eagle News)–A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Monday, Sept. 30. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, struck 125 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos at 8:28 a.m. Depth of focus of the quake, which was an aftershock of the 6.4-magnitude quake off Davao Occidental on Sept. 29, was 148 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
