Senate approves measure postponing May 2020 barangay polls

4.4-magnitude quake strikes off Surigao del Norte

(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Norte on Monday, Sept. 30. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 82 kilometers southeast of General Luna at 2:10 p.m. Depth of focus was two kilometers. Mocha Uson named OWWA deputy executive director
