(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Sunday, Oct. 6. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 142 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos at 1:11 a.m. Depth of focus was 26 kilometers.
