(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Zamboanga del Sur on Monday, Oct. 14. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 34 kilometers southeast of Tabina at 8:48 a.m. Depth of focus was 14 kilometers. An intensity II was reported in Cotabato City. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
