Cloudy skies to prevail in M. Manila
(Eagle News)–Metro Manila is expected to have partly cloudy skies today. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said some areas of Bulacan and Laguna on the other hand will experience isolated rainshowers. PAGASA said light to moderate winds coming from the northeast will prevail over these areas. Coastal waters, it said, will be slight to moderate.
