Rotational water service interruptions start tonight as dams’ water level continues decline

(Eagle News)–Total hunger in the country subsided to 9.1 percent in September, a recent Social Weather Stations found. According to the Third Quarter 2019 Social Weather Survey  conductedfrom September 27-30, the 9.1 percent was a recovery from the 10.0% hunger rate recorded in June 2019, following an increase from the 9.5 percent in March.
