3.7-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Norte

(Eagle News) — A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Norte on Friday, Nov. 29. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 38 kilometers southeast of General Luna at 11:28 a.m. Depth of focus was 11 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
