(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Agusan del Sur on Friday, April 2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 7:45 a.m. Its epicenter was 7 kilometers southeast of San Francisco. It had a depth of eight kilometers.
