S. Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao affected by easterlies (Eagle News) — The northeasterly surface windflow is affecting extreme Northern Luzon. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, the easterlies are also affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Four Russians indicted in US for energy sector hacks
