(Eagle News) — Big electric posts and trees were topped by powerful winds and rains brought by typhoon Kammuri in Albay as it passed through the Bicol region on Monday night, Dec. 2, until Tuesday dawn, Dec. 3.

There is no electricity in the whole province of Albay and in many areas of Bicol region.

Tisoy’s wrath was felt starting 8 p.m., Monday, Dec. 2, and lasted until 3 a.m. Dec. 3.
