NDRRMC: Almost 700,000 individuals in Luzon affected by southwest monsoon enhanced by storms

(Eagle News)–Almost 700,000 people in Luzon were affected by the  southwest monsoon enhanced by storms. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said the 691,574 individuals come from the 469 barangays across Luzon.
