(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte will visit quake-hit Batanes on Sunday, July 28. The Palace did not, however, provide more details about the President’s visit. Batanes was hit by successive quakes starting Friday, July 26, killing at least eight people and injuring several others.
