4.1 magnitude quake hits Baguio City
A 4.1 magnitude earthquake hit Baguio City Tuesday morning (Feb. 24, 2015), according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) Based on the seismic data recorded by Phivolcs, the quake was recorded at 7:14 a.m. The quake’s epicenter was 13 kilometers south and 17 degrees east of Baguio City.
