US and China to meet regarding West Philippine Sea issue

ITCZ causes rain in Visayas and Mindanao

QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), an inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will cause rains in the Visayas and Mindanao as well as in Mindoro and Palawan.
