The Philippine National Police (PNP) released the artist sketch of one of the suspected kidnappers in the Samal Island incident wherein three foreigners and a Filipina were kidnapped. According to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), they now have leads regarding the possible hiding place of the armed group that kidnapped a Filipina and three foreigners in Samal Island.
