NTC to conduct internet speed tests

The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) will conduct a new speed testing starting October 9, Friday and will last until October 31, Saturday. Dengue cases may rise due to El Niño

According to Health Secretary Janet Garin, dengue cases may increase due to the effects of the El Niño phenomenon. Complaint against former MMDA Chair Francis Tolentino will push through

According to Atty. Lorna Kapunan, legal counsel of groups that filed charges against resigned Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino, said charges will push through even if Tolentino already resigned his position and has made a public apology. Kapunan added that Tolentino remains liable for the incident.
