David files another disqualification case Vs Duterte

One petition has been filed before the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) on Monday, December 21 that questioned the legalization of candidacy of presidential aspirant Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. The petition was made by Rizalito David, the same petitioner who also filed one disqualification case against presidential aspirant Grace Poe-Llamanzares before the Senate Electoral Tribunal. David requested the COMELEC to dismiss Duterte’s substitution of Martin Diño and to declare it as null and void.
