MANILA, Philippines — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) asked the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) to strictly enforce rules and regulations to all city, district, municipal and provincial jails nationwide. Zamboanga City (PNA) —-The military have launched pursuit operations against a group of Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) brigands who killed two soldiers in an ambush early Tuesday in the province of Sulu.
