DOH sets aside Php 5M fund to address diarrhea outbreak in Zamboanga City

QUEZON CIty, Philippines – The Department of Health set aside Php 5 million in order to control the spread of diarrhea in Zamboanga City. Said city is suffering from a diarrhea outbreak as the number of patients surpassed alert levels. According to the City Health Office, from March 28 up to now, 1, 207 diarrhea cases were recorded.
