MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Nilinaw ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) na hindi saklaw ng number-coding scheme ang mga passenger bus sa Metro Manila simula Marso 29 hanggang Abril 2. Sa abiso ng MMDA, inialis muna ang pagpapatupad ng number-coding scheme para sa provincial at city buses upang makasakay ang maraming bilang ng mga pasahero.
