At least two killed, several injured in Cotabato mall blast
(Eagle News)—At least two people were killed and 21 others were injured after a blast ripped through a mall in Cotabato on Monday, Dec. 31. Authorities said the cause of the explosion was an improvised explosive device that was inside a wrapped box. It was still unknown who the suspects are.
