SSS president Dooc resigns as his term expires under new SSS charter
(Eagle News)—-Social Security System president Emmanuel Dooc has resigned, as his term expired under the new SSS charter. The new charter, which overhauled the old one, took effect on Tuesday, March 5. President Rodrigo Duterte signed the SSS Rationalization Act in February. Prior to his appointment, Dooc was an Insurance Commissioner, from 2011 to 2016.
