(Eagle News)—A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Bohol on Friday, April 5. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit six kilometers northwest of Balilihan at 3:49 a.m. The earthquake, which was of tectonic origin, had a depth of focus of six kilometers.
