JUST IN: 4.6-magnitude quake hits N. Cotabato

(Eagle News)–A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck North Cotabato on Tuesday, Oct. 15. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 12 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 7:55 a.m. Depth of focus was five kilometers. The following intensities and instrumental intensities were recorded: Intensity II- Kidapawan City Instrumental Intensities: Intensity III- Kidapawan City Intensity I- Tupi, South Cotabato No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
