The low pressure area (LPA) that the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has been monitoring this week has developed into a full tropical storm and given the designation “Lando”. COMELEC continues to accept COC

On the third day of the filing of certificate of candidacy, several personalities were seen at the main office of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in Intramuros to file said document, including former Senator Miguel Zubiri and former MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino. P62.7-B in 2016 budget to expand CCT coverage
