NTC asks internet subscribers to volunteer for internet speed testing

MANILA, Philippines – After the failure of the three month internet speed testing conducted by the National Telecommunications Commission, said government agency is now asking various internet subscribers to volunteer for said testing. According to the NTC, the testing failed because many internet subscribers refused NTC personnel entry to their homes. Evacuees in Calaca, Batangas refuse to go home
