No DAP in 2017 national budget – Diokno

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno guaranteed that there was no hidden Disbursement Allocation Program or DAP in the 2017 National Budget. This was in response to a question of Kabataan representative Sarah Ilago on the DAP. Diokno explained that his provisions are consonant with the decision of the Supreme Court ruling that the DAP is unconstitutional.
