QUEZON City, Philippines – Malacañang denied that many business leaders and other countries are worried about the “separation” comments of President Rodrigo Duterte. In an interview with Agila Balita, Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto said that he elaborated to Assistant State Department Secretary for East Asian Affairs Daniel Russel the Duterte administration’s pursuance of an independent foreign policy. Phivolcs says Bulusan volcano remains under alert level 1
