MOSCOW, Russia (AFP) — Russia on Friday informed the Dutch ambassador of the expulsion of two diplomats in a tit-for-tat measure over the poisoning of a former Russian double agent in Britain, TASS state news agency reported. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 23 kilometers east of Borongan at 1:20 a.m. The earthquake, of tectonic origin, had a depth of 20 kilometers.
