This video by Eagle News Service correspondent Ces Rodil shows the extent of destruction wrought in parts of Barangay Muzon, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan after a water tank there burst around 3 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 6, leaving three dead and now over 40 injured.
The steel sheets seen in the first part of the video are what was left of the tank that was operated by the San Jose del Monte Water District.
Authorities are still investigating the incident.
