AGILA Probinsya — Makikinabang ang mga residente ng Barangay Tulat sa inu-umpisahang proyekto sa ilalim ng Sagana at ligatas na tubig para sa lahat o Salintubig Project ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Layunin ng Salintubig na bigyan ng water supply systems ang mga waterless cities, municipalities, barangays, health centers, at resettlement sites sa buong kapuluan at upang mapabuti ang kapasidad ng mga Local Government Units at water service providers sa implementasyon at operasyon ng mga water supply facilities
