In the ongoing investigations of the Senate Blue Committee, whistleblower Ruby Tuason gave details that served as proof against Senator Jinggoy Estrada’s involvement in the said scam. It was in year 2004 that the first transaction was made with the senator, Tuason said. She said she was the one who personally delivered the P5.7 million in kickbacks of Sen.
