Here, we share you the reasons why you should quit smoking right now, yes right now, not later nor tomorrow.

1. The common disease caused by smoking is Coronary Heart Disease which is the leading cause of death in U.S. The toxins in cigarette smoke cause plaques to form in the arteries, which leads to atherosclerosis, otherwise known as hardening of the arteries. Smoking is hard on the heart.

2. Fewer germs to inhale. Research suggests that cigarettes are crawling with germs, which can be inhaled along with the smoke. Its not clear if the germs can make you sick, but the yuck factor is undeniable.

3. You sleep better. A John Hopkins study found that smokers are four times as likely to report feeling a feeling of unrest after a night’s sleep.  It seems going through nicotine withdrawal each night can contribute to sleep disturbances.

4. Happy and healthy lifestyle. You become healthier as you spend your money more with food and it tastes way better. You got more time to spend quality time with your friends and family. You have more energy to catch up with up your work and dive into your favorite hobby.
