(Eagle News) — The mayor of the City of Anaheim, California greeted the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) on the occasion of its 104th anniversary since it was first registered in the Philippines, and its 50th year in the West.
Mayor Tom Tait congratulated the Church on its anniversary and recognized its many activities that had helped many people, including the residents of Anaheim.
“This city is certainly a better place because of your 50 years in the West,” he said.
“Thank you for making our city a city of kindness and thank you for all that you’ve done for all those folks in Anaheim,” he added.
