MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – Various environmental and civil society organizations launched a one million signature campaign to protest the creation of coal-powered plants in spite of the existence of the Renewable Energy Law and Climate Change Law. Said campaign was launch during the celebration of World Environment Day.
