(Eagle News)—Typhoon “Wutip” may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Thursday, Feb. 28, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. According to PAGASA, once it enters PAR, “Wutip” will be named “Betty.” So far, “Wutip” is located 1740 kilometers east of southern Luzon, still outside PAR.
