Delfin Lee faces Court of Appeals
) Businessman Delfin Lee will face the Court of Appeals today for a writ of habeas corpus hearing. The Special Division of the Courts of Appeals also summoned representatives of National Bureau of Investigation and Philippine National Police to show cause why Lee should not be freed. Delfin Lee is facing charges of syndicated estafa.
