(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Subic Bay Metropolitan  Authority administrator Wilma Eisma as its chair. With the appointment, Duterte effectively replaced Martin Diño as SBMA chairman. It was still unclear, however, if Diño would be given another role in the agency.
